CARMEL, Ind. — One person was detained after a brief police chase in Carmel.
The Carmel Police Department confirmed that its officers were involved in a chase that ended at a Speedway gas station located near the intersection of 116th Street and Rangeline Road. Per CPD, one person was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail during the incident.
Public police reporting systems indicate the chase happened around 7:15 p.m. Sunday, though it it is unclear exactly where the pursuit began. As of this article’s publication, no additional information on the incident had been made available.
