FISHERS, Ind. – Police are investigating after a person was killed in a shooting in Fishers Saturday night, according to police.
According to the Fishers Police Department, just before 11:40 p.m., officers were called to the 10000 block of Apple Blossom Circle on the report of shots fired.
When officers arrived, they located a person with injuries consistent with gunshot wound(s). The victim was transported to a local hospital where they were pronounced deceased, according to police.
Investigators say officers were quickly able to detain several individuals believed to be involved in the shooting.
