INDIANAPOLIS – Police are investigating after a person was critically injured in a shooting early Sunday morning on Indy’s north side.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, just before 1:30 a.m., officers were called to the area of Ditch Road and Emily Drive on the report of a person shot.
When officers arrived they located a person with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. They were transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
No other information was provided.
