15 arrested in Johnson County drug crackdown
JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. — Multiple law enforcement agencies concluded a nine-month-long drug enforcement investigation Wednesday to serve search warrants in a crackdown on illegal drugs in Johnson County.
In a release sent Wednesday night, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 15 individuals on various drug charges related to dealing in methamphetamine and marijuana following the conclusion of a sprawling drug operation that authorities spent several months preparing for.
The law enforcement agencies that participated in the investigation included the Franklin Police Department, Greenwood Police Department and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Edinburgh Police Department and the United States Marshals Service also assisted in the investigation, according to the JCSO release.
JCSO said undercover narcotics detectives served a total of 32 search warrants as part of an inter-agency effort to crack down on the distribution of illegal drugs.
Johnson County Prosecutor Lance Hamner also worked closely with the listed agencies to charge the identified individuals in this drug crackdown, JCSO said. According to investigators, seven of the arrested individuals came from Indianapolis while seven others were from Franklin, with one other suspect hailing from Greenwood.
The following individuals were arrested on drug-related charges:
- Douglas Ryan Cunnen (two level 4 felony charges of dealing in narcotic drug, misdemeanor charge of dealing in marijuana)
- Justin Collins (level 3 felony for dealing in methamphetamine, a level 5 felony of dealing in a counterfeit substance)
- Dylan L. Ridener (level 3 felony of dealing in a narcotic drug)
- Kristi J. Moister (dealing in a schedule IV substance, dealing in a schedule I, II, or III substance)
- Collis Sivels (level 4 felony of dealing in methamphetamine)
- Carl Paul Woolwine II (a level 5 felony of dealing in methamphetamine)
- Colby Smith (Conversion)
- Ootsa Marn (level 3 felony of dealing in narcotics, a level 4 felony of dealing in a narcotic drug)
- Juwuan Green (level 3 felony for dealing in a narcotic drug, level 4 felony of dealing in a narcotic drug)
- Apollo Huber (level 2 felony of dealing in a narcotic drug, level 4 felony of dealing in a narcotic drug)
- Federico Godinez Jr. (level 4 felony of dealing in methamphetamine, level 5 felony of dealing in methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of dealing in marijuana and dealing in hash oil)
- Keyshia Flynn (two level 3 felonies of dealing in methamphetamine, a level 5 felony of maintaining a common nuisance)
- William Eldridge (a level 4 felony of dealing in narcotics, two misdemeanor charges of dealing in marijuana)
- Dalton Whetstine (level 4 felony of dealing in methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of dealing in marijuana)
- Christina Gilvin (level 3 felony of dealing in methamphetamine)
