Taste of Indy returns: What you need to know if you’re checking it out
INDIANAPOLIS – Taste of Indy is back! Indy’s largest food festival has been on hiatus since 2018, but returns this year!
Here’s what you need to know.
When and Where: Saturday, July 6 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at White River State Park in downtown Indianapolis.
Cost: $15 for admission to get into the festival. Kids 10 and younger are free. Food tickets are $1 per ticket and go toward your food and drinks.
What to Eat: There are more than 3 dozen restaurants and food trucks serving up their most popular dishes. For a full list of participating food and drink vendors, visit tasteofindy.org/food-drink/.
Entertainment: Yep, it’s not just food. There will be interactive chef and artist demonstrations and music. Here’s a look at the concert list:
- 11 a.m. – Dickie James
- 12:15 p.m. – Tyler Poe
- 1:45 p.m. – Pumpkin Holler Boys
- 3:15 p.m. – Joseph Hart
- 4:45 p.m. – Cathy Morris
- 6:15 p.m. – D-Roq + Bulletproof Soul
- 7:45 p.m. – Rob Dixon
