Rain chances ramp up heading into Easter weekend
It’s Good Friday and it’s going to be a good Friday! Heading out the door this morning, temperatures are running about 15° to 20° warmer than yesterday.

Temperatures will quickly warm up to the lower 70s by lunchtime today under a partly sunny sky. Winds will also increase into the late morning and early afternoon hours. Today, wind gusts could reach up to 45 mph.

Rain will continue to hold off into the afternoon hours. Highs are expected to top out in the lower 80s.

Rain/storm chances increase later tonight, and a few storms could be on the stronger side. Hail and damaging winds will be the primary concerns with some of the cells.

Expect showers to continue into the weekend, but there will be several hours of dry time on Easter Sunday.
