IMPD: 2 shot on Indy’s northeast side
INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis metro police are on the scene of a shooting that has left two people injured on the city’s northeast side.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched around 9:44 p.m. to the 9900 block of E. 38th Street after receiving reports that a person was possibly shot.
IMPD said officers arrived and found two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. They were last reported to be “awake and breathing.”
