Indiana State Police cancels Silver Alert for missing 70-year-old
INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana State Police have canceled a Silver Alert for a missing 70-year-old out of Vincennes.
According to a press release, Gene Dinkins was reported missing from Vincennes, which is located about 120 miles southwest of Indianapolis.
Police described Dinkins as a 6-foot, 160-pound, brown-haired, blue-eyed man. Dinkins was believed to have been wearing jeans and a light blue hoodie with a graphic design on it at the time of his disappearance.
ISP encouraged those with information on Dinkins whereabouts to call 911 or contact the Vincennes Police Department at (812) 882-1630.
