KOKOMO, Ind. — The Professional Firefighters of Kokomo Local 396 have confirmed that multiple fires burned across the city Friday night.
In a post to Facebook, the 3rd platoon fire crews confirmed a number of overnight vehicle fires on the following streets:
- West Mulberry
- North Webster
- West Jackson & North Wabash
- West Jefferson
The firefighters also stated that a structure fire was reported on W Taylor Street. It is unclear if this incident is related to the vehicle fires, or if the vehicle fires are related to one another.
While there were no injuries reported, Kokomo Local 396 said that the cause of the fires still remains under investigation. If anyone has any information, they are asked to contact Kokomo Fire Department at (765) 457-2636.
